Agadir, Morocco

Of the two Moroccan cities we visited, I prefer Agadir. The people were friendlier and the attitude was more causal. We went to the fort at Agadir Oufella, high above the city and offering a great view. Later we visited the Lebanon Mosque. The last place we toured was the Agadir Medina. The best way I can explain it is that its sort of a beautiful, walled village and marketplace.

I’m really glad I got to visit Morocco, but I wouldn’t go again. There are things to appreciate, obviously. And the people we encountered in Agadir were nice, but in general I don’t care for the country.
