Tenerife, Spain

Our second port on the Norwegian Sky was the Island of Tenerife, of the Spanish Canary Islands.

Our excursion took us up another volcano, Mount Teide.

The bus slowly wound its way up through the town, then a park.

The weather shifted from sunshine to fog. But it wasn't fog. We drove through the clouds themselves until we stood in the skies themselves.

Photography was slightly more difficult due to the intense sun. We were above the clouds, so there was nothing to break up the sunlight.

Mount Teide was one of the most impressive sights of the Canary Islands.
